Claudio Fabbri, Ms.c.

I received the Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Bologna, in the Biomedical Campus of Cesena in 2015. The aim of my thesis work was the development and implementation of an algorithm for the segmentation the left-ventricle in three dimensional ecocardiographic data. I am currently pursuing the Ph.d. degree in Bioengineering at the BioMedical Imaging Group of the University of Bologna working on the development of segmentation and quantification techniques for the scar-tissue in cardiac magnetic resonance images.

My area of research interest include mainly biomedical image processing, ultrasound and magnetic resonance, with a focus on the cardiac region.
